You Weren't Here, Dear

you weren't here dear

From a young man taken aback by his slowly deteriorating and ‘aging’ body to a sudden and tragic attack on a southern resort, this is a collection of 11 stories that dig deeper into what it means to live in the present day, and the presence of ‘death’ hiding in everyday life. The author explains why he chooses to write about ‘death’ while evoking the beautiful scenery of Normandy in At Fécamp, and tells the story of a married couple lost in a globalizing economy in Benevolence.
